Full-Time Integrated
Behavioral Health Clinician ​
Redwoods Rural Health Center is implementing an in-person Primary Care/Behavioral Health (PC/BH) model within the organization and works with medical clinics and programs to instill integrated care coordination into the culture of the organization.

Provides development and evaluative assistance and general oversight to the program.

Provides clinical supervision of and instruction to Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians and graduate level interns as part of an organization Workforce Development Program.

Provides direct patient care both within the PCBH model and/or long-term therapy for patient/ population needs.

Education: Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) and/or master’s in social work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field in Psychology

Experience in the medical field is preferred. Will consider associate level clinicians (ACSW, AMFT, similar), IF they have already achieved 2000 hours of clinical supervision towards their clinical license.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Either fully licensed or associate level clinicians will be considered for this position. Full-Time Physician Assistant​
Redwoods Rural Health Center (RRHC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our integrated health care team. The Physician Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, providing comprehensive primary medical services. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients of all ages, coordinating with internal and external providers, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing medications, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement and community outreach efforts.
Ideal candidates will hold a valid, unrestricted California PA license and DEA registration, be board certified or eligible, and have current ACLS/CPR certification. Successful applicants will bring a deep understanding of modern medical practice in a community health setting and demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to RRHC’s mission. Experience in a family practice or outpatient clinic setting is preferred. Full-Time Medical Records Clerk​

Redwoods Rural Health Center (RRHC) is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to work in our fun, friendly and fast paced clinic located in Redway, CA. The Medical Records Clerk is a vital member of the organizational team, primarily supporting the medical department. This role is responsible for managing incoming medical documentation and ensuring the accurate and timely integration of records into patients' electronic health record (EHR). Overall responsibility for ensuring the medical records functions meet State and Federal Regulatory guidelines and complies with agency policies and procedures. Ensures the duties are completed in a timely and proper manner, either by performing the duties, or by coordinating with other team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintains patient confidentiality and chart security; complies with applicable laws and regulations

Reviews of all incoming documents for accuracy

Monitor & file all in bound faxes utilizing programs in place into patient EHR

Performs data entry, information management and maintains data integrity

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, a proven record of advising on business and tax matters, and a passion for excellence. In this role, you'll collaborate with our team, lead special projects and will be responsible for a company’s financial procedures, records and statements for compliance with laws and regulations. This is an in-person only position. After successful completion of the training period, this role will shift to a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site and remote work.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist​
​
Redwoods Rural Health Center (RRHC) is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced and friendly health center. The Registered Dental Hygienist works under the direct supervision of the Dental Director and the general direction of the Executive Director. The Registered Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene and appropriate preventive services to dental patients of the health center.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in the oral health management of all clinic patients.

Obtains baseline oral hygiene assessment data based upon accepted principles of oral hygiene and periodontal care.

Records patient-hygienist transactions as they occur in the patient’s dental record so that the dental record accurately and completely reflects the nature of the contact, the condition of the patient and the care or treatment provided.

Provides oral health education and appropriate individual counseling for all health center dental patients.

Provides clinical oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis, scaling, sealant application and fluoride application consistent with accepted professional practices and standards and in compliance with applicable state law and the health center’s clinical protocols.

Integration of appropriate patient dental hygiene care with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s healthcare management.

Assists in the provision of technical assistance and health education in the community as requested.

Performs independent procedures as delegated and directed by a dentist in accordance with state regulations and law as well as dental department protocol and directive.

Assists in the maintenance of all dental department areas in compliance with dental department directive and policies as well as health center policies and procedures relative to infection control, exposure control and safety issues.

Receives and places necessary telephone calls consistent with professional matters, clinic business and patient care of the dental department.

Insures the proper disposal of all contaminated or potentially contaminated materials in accordance with dental department directive and health center policy as well as state and federal regulations.

Complies in full with the center’s exposure control plan.

As directed by dental director, performs other related and/or necessary tasks to achieve organizational and programmatic goals and objectives.

Provide in-services to staff on dental issues as needed and requested by Dental Director.

Accurately codes all services for legal, clinical and payor compliance.
