Open from 8:20 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
The Medical Clinic closes every first Tuesday of the month at 3:30 pm.
Walk-in and same day appointments available and new patients are welcome!
Did you know that an RRHC provider is available around the clock for urgent questions, minor issues, or medical advice? We do not fill controlled substances or make appointments after hours or on the weekends. You may be advised to call when the clinic is open to schedule the next available appointment, or be directed to go to the ER. Afterhours, call 707-923-2783.

A release of records will need to be signed before any records request can be completed. Click here to download the form. You may fax the completed form to (707)923-2543 or mail your request.
Records are $0.25 per page unless we send them directly to another health care provider or $20.00 for legal copies.

Dr. Philip Scheel, MD, Physician and Surgeon, Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Scheel has over ten years of experience in family health care. Dr. Scheel joined our team as Medical Director in November 2012.
Mandi Battles, Physician Assistant (PA-C), MSPA.
Mandi Battles, Co-Medical Director, is a Southern Humboldt local who received her Physician Assistant degree from Stanford University. She has been providing exceptional services at RRHC since 2009.
Morgan Hines, Physician Assistant (PA-C), MHS.
Morgan joined RRHC team in January 2019. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno, Morgan moved to California to pursue her Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies at UC Davis.
Julie Moore, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), MSN.
Julie joined our team in October of 2019. Julie holds a Master's Degree in Nursing from Sonoma State University, and Bachelor's from Chamberlain's College of Nursing.
